We are at home when it comes to transportation. We organise your overland, water or air transport – from the country of origin to the port of destination, and then onwards to our warehouse, to you or to your customer. For Bremen and Hamburg we have our own fleet of vehicles, in Antwerp the transport company Stoelen International Transport, a member of the Vollers Group, covers all transport services. Extensive transport equipment for container trucking, silo trucking and cargo trucking are available from us or partner companies at every Vollers location.

Insurances and, as such, the issue of transfer of risk are important components of reliable distribution. In accordance with Incoterms, we take care of the corresponding papers and transport insurances. Regardless of whether the transport ensues via FOB, CIF, FCA or DDP: we have your commodity insured in accordance with your requirements.
Import & Export Services
As a recognised logistics and freight expert, in addition to the distribution, we assume responsibility for the complete process, including all documents and formalities concerning the import and export from and to Europe.

Warehousing
Your goods are always in good hands with us. In our certified warehouses, we offer you own silo storage, cold storage and bonded and non-bonded warehouses for the storage and handling of your commodity. We are your reliable warehouse keeper with the forwarder associated with it.
We receive your delivered goods and control the containers and seals to confirm there is no damage and verify proper sealing.
Our warehouses satisfy the high quality requirements of independent institutions. Depending on the location, we are AEO, IFS, BRC, Organic and RFA certified. The goods are in our warehouse and ready to be prepared for delivery to you or your customer. The warehouse rent is invoiced monthly. The certifications can be found on the location pages and in the downloads section.
We safely store the good in bags, bigbags, cartons or boxes. In accordance with your customer requirements, we ensure that your goods can be called off at all times.

We have been approved for cocoa storage at the commodity exchanges ICE Futures Europe and CME for many years. At the commodity exchanges ICE Futures Europe in London and ICE US in New York, we have been accepted as warehouse keepers for stock exchange coffee for years. We store Robusta Coffee for the London stock exchange and Arabica Coffee for the New York stock exchange. As a recognised warehouse keeper, we have been listed at the London Metal Exchange (LME) in Amsterdam and Antwerp for many years.

We sample, weigh, blend, flavour and pick and pack your goods. What is more, at the most important locations, our warehouses are equipped with modern cleaning and pest combating facilities – thereby, we ensure high-quality further processing of your raw materials.
